We had a wonderful stay at Flag Hotel Madeira. the staff went above and beyond to help us, from printing our boarding passes to providing guidance on car hire and parking. Every staff member was friendly, efficient, and seemed to truly enjoy their work. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the showers were good. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and local amenities. our experience was exceptional thanks to the helpful and kind personnel. Cons: Everything was great! ✨.

The rooms are cozy, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. the breakfast selection is good, with hot scrambled eggs and bacon, cold meats, cheeses, breads. The coffee from the machine is also worth mentioning – it’s delicious!

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great – no major issues to complain about.
